  • Oats crushed 1 cup Curd 1 cup Salt to taste Pani puri masala 1 tsp Paprika powder 1 tsp Butter 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Cheese cube 2 nos greated Pink salt 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Onion 1/2 cup chopped Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Beans 5 nos chopped Carrot grated 1/2 cup Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp Olive slice 2 tbsp Jalapeno 2 tbsp Tomato 1 no slice Capsicum 1 no slices Zucchini 1/2 slices Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp Spinach leaves 3 nos chopped Tomato sauce 1 tbsp Curry leaves 10 nos Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 sp Boiled potato 1 mashed

Directions

  • Mix together the oats, yogurt, butter, mashed potato and salt until combined. Keep it aside for 5 mins.
  • Meanwhile, chop all the veggies and keep it ready. 
  • In a crisp plate, heat the oil for 2 minutes , sauté onions and chopped garlic for 2 mins crisp mode then add beans and grated carrot along with salt and green chillis. Then add zucchini, capsicum, Jalapeno, coriander leaves and tomato sauce, mix well, and cook for one minute.Then add all
  • Dry masala and mix it , Pour this mixture into the oats batter. Give it a mix.
  • Prepare the tadka. For which heat up the oil and once hot add in the mustard seeds, curry leaves and cumin seeds. Let it crackle. And then add baking soda and 2 table spoon water then transfer to the oats batter.
  • Give everything a final mix and quickly without wasting any time transfer it to the prepared baking tin.
  • Then decorate the top with a line of grated carrot, olives, tomato, zucchini, spinach, coriander leaves and grated cheese. Sprinkle pink salt and black pepper over it.
  • Bake in a preheated mode of 180°C for 20 mins and then rest it for 5 min. Serve it hot. But quick result , micro it high temperature for 10 minutes.
